The chrome ‘orbs’ are lids from the coffee, sugar and tea jars in the kitchen. I see them everytime I go into the kitchen and love the way they give a fish-eye view of the world.
The current DDN competition is ‘Reflection’, and I wanted to do something with the lids.
I’ve tried to get this shot three times, and the weather just won’t play ball.
This most recent shot should have been better. The sunset was good, the clouds looked amazing, but in the area of sky above my house there wasn’t a single cloud in sight!
If I get another chance before the end of the compo I’ll try to get a better sky. Otherwise, this will have to do.
